Adam and Brendan Zettler, twin brothers, are both instructors and protégés of Vladimir Vasiliev. Being personally and intensely trained and certified by Vladimir Vasiliev at Systema Headquarters in Toronto they are extremely highly skilled and will present, during their first European seminar in Belgium, all Systema elements through comprehensive teaching and spectacular demonstrations.

Friday : STICK WORK 18.30-20.30 Mechanics, disarms, stick contact, positions, statically and dynamically, accelerated learning curve. Sticks will be available at the seminar.

Saturday : BEAT THE ODDS 11.00 -13.30 / 14.30-17.00

Multiple attackers, break attacks, deliver and avoid multiple strikes, timing, distance, preemptive moves, redirecting and short work

Sunday : KNIFE AND GUN DISARMS + KNIFE FIGHTING DRILLS 09.45-12.45 / 13.45-15.45

Subjects taught by Vladimir in his February Knife Disarming and Gun Disarming seminar at HQ + new dynamics drills from his upcoming DVD “Knife Fighting” KNIFE FIGHTING

Please bring your training gun and training knife. Some guns and knives will be available for use at the seminar. Please do not use a flexible (rubber) knife since they will be of no use. Wood or metal is preferred.

If the new DVD “Knife Fighting” is released by the time of the seminar, it will be available at the seminar.
